Live In Apartment Manager

Job Description

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time caretaker/apartment manager for a new 36-unit community in Port Washington. Must be willing to live on-site – rent credit available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tours apartments to prospective tenants
  • Checks parking lot to ensure tenants are in their assigned spaces and that no unauthorized cars are present
  • Cleans hallways, basements, elevator, and windows weekly or as needed
  • Monitors the exterior grounds and removes debris
  • Replaces light bulbs, and other light maintenance duties, including make readies
  • Cleans apartment interiors when tenant vacates
  • Shovel all walkways in the winter as needed, including salting
