Job Description
We have a full-time opportunity for a New Home Construction Assistant to join our team. The New Home Construction Assistant supports the efficient construction of homes by communicating with subcontractors, Construction Managers and office personnel as well as performing assigned duties on job sites. This position is responsible for completeing the following:
- Sorts and maintains customer files.
- Set-up and update job tickets and process changes in a timely manner.
- Processes and tracks utility applications.
- Coordinates trade partner scheduling, as needed.
- Orders construction materials.
- Monitors inspections, as needed.
- Enters schedule data and contractor information into the Bielinski Homes’ database.
- Trains for managing all aspects of construction including planning and organizing subcontractor/customer lists throughout the construction process.
- Participates in weekly field training on lot walks, customer orientation walks and quality inspections.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree and one to two years of related experience however candidates with any combination of education and experience will be considered and are encouraged to appy.
