WHAT IS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER?
As a Construction Manager, it’s my job to ensure that your home schedule falls into place efficiently, on time, and within budget. There are a million moving pieces and many people working on your home. I like to say that if you’re bored, you’re not doing your job.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
Managing all of those moving parts takes up most of my day, but I also spend a lot of time working directly with customers. Whether a customer is building on their own lot, or have chosen to purchase one of our RediHomes under construction, I keep in touch with them multiple times a week regarding the progress of their home. My involvement with the customer starts the day we excavate, and I’ll still be there for them after they move in to ensure any miscellaneous items will get completed that otherwise couldn’t be done during the build.
WHAT’S YOUR HISTORY WITH BIELINSKI?
I knew as I left the Marine Corps, this is what I wanted to do. Bielinski Homes brought me in soon after my discharge. I enjoy the camaraderie that grows within the trades and the hard work we all put in to build exceptionally designed homes that stand out from the rest. All the credit belongs to our inhouse team for the vision, and to our subcontractors. Without them, these concepts could never happen. Hats off to all of you out there!
