What We Offer
Every Bielinski Home comes with numerous warranties, so you can enjoy your brand new home without the stress of repairs. Our warranties fall into three categories:
- 1-year builder warranty: This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that do not meet the Construction Quality Standards published by the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee. Examples — like a seal failure on a window or a defective light switch — are listed in the warranty manual supplied with your home.
- 10-year structural warranty: The limited structural warranty covers defects in structural elements — like a defective structural wood member or a bowed foundation wall. Although these structural issues are a very rare occurrence, your new home is protected for 10 years after purchase.
- Manufacturer warranties: Along with the 1-year warranty provided by Bielinski Homes on the home, there are also manufacturer warranties on many of the items in the home such as hot water heaters, HVAC equipment, and windows.
