COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our customers and staff are our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) in order to limit potential exposure and spread of COVID-19.

As the “Safer at Home” order from Governor Evers has been lifted, we have made a few modifications to keep you and our staff safe.

BIELINSKI HOMES

Social Distancing

  • No more than six individuals, including the new home consultant, will be allowed in model homes, RediHomes or condos.

  • All individuals inside the property are to adhere to social distancing guidelines and are required to remain six feet apart at all times.

  • New home consultants and customers should refrain from personal contact such as handshakes, fist bumps or high fives.

  • Minimize ride-sharing between properties. If a rideshare must occur, then all riders must wear a face covering.

Face Coverings

  • New home consultants are required to wear a face covering at all times except when working in one’s work area unless another individual is less than six feet away.

  • All customers shall be encouraged to wear a face covering, but are not required.

  • Disposable face coverings will be made available to customers as long as supplies are available.

Meetings

  • In-person meetings shall not consist of more than six attendees and shall not occur if the space used for the in-person meeting will not permit the attendees to be at least six feet apart from each other during such meetings.

  • All in-person meeting attendees shall wear a face covering (e.g., contract signing). Model home showings are not considered in-person meetings.

  • Virtual meetings will be used in place of in-person meetings when possible.

  • Electronic signatures will be used for contract signing whenever possible.

Access to Model Homes

  • A health questionnaire will be made available outside the home and is to be completed
    by the visiting customer for their entire party.

  • Disposable face coverings, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and shoe covers will be made available to customers as long as supplies are available.

  • All individuals are required to use hand sanitizer or disposable gloves upon entry to the< home.

Cleaning / Disinfecting

  • Disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes will be made available as long as supplies are available.

  • The new home consultant will sanitize all handles and surfaces (countertops) with disinfectant wipes at the end of each workday.

  • The new home consultant will sanitize all handles and surfaces (countertops) with disinfectant wipes at the beginning of each workday if the model home has been accessed since their last departure.

  • New home consultants will provide a supply of sanitized pens for customer use.

  • Leasing agents, maintenance staff, tenants and customers should refrain from personal contact such as handshakes, fist bumps, or high fives.

  • Minimize ride-sharing between properties. If a rideshare must occur, then all riders must wear a face covering.

Face Coverings

  • Leasing agents are required to wear a face covering at all times except when working in one’s work area unless another individual is less than six feet away.

  • All tenants and visiting parties shall be encouraged to wear a face covering, but are not required.

  • Disposable face coverings will be made available to tenants or visiting parties as long as supplies are available.

  • Maintenance staff will wear a face covering at all times when in a tenant’s unit.

Meetings

  • In-person meetings shall not consist of more than four attendees and shall not occur if the space used for the in-person meeting will not permit the attendees to be at least six feet apart from each other during such meeting.

  • All in-person meeting attendees shall wear a face covering (e.g., lease signing). Leasing tours are not considered in-person meetings.

  • Virtual tours will be used in place of in-person tours when possible.

  • Electronic signatures will be used for contract signing whenever possible.

Access to Leasing Office

  • A health questionnaire will be made available outside the office and is to be completed by the visiting party for his, her or their entire party.

  • Disposable face coverings, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be made available to customers as long as supplies are available.

  • All individuals are required to use hand sanitizer or disposable gloves upon entry to the office.

  • Tenants should be instructed to make an appointment with leasing staff or management if any issue should arise that cannot be addressed via email.

Performing Maintenance Work in Units / Work Orders

  • Tenants will be required to leave the immediate area where maintenance work is performed.

  • All work orders shall contain a work order submission date and information regarding the tenant’s answers to a health questionnaire.

Cleaning / Disinfecting

  • Disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes will be made available as long as supplies are available.

  • Leasing agents will sanitize all handles and surfaces at leasing office with disinfectant wipes at the end of each workday and/or after any in-person meeting.

  • Leasing agents will provide a supply of sanitized pens for tenant or visiting party use.

  • All maintenance personnel are required to clean and disinfect frequently used tools, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces (door handles, mobile phones, etc.).

We will keep on top of the changes happening with COVID-19 and continue to implement new policies and procedures as needed or required to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
