Maintenance Supervisor

General Summary:

Energetic, detail-oriented team player needed to join our Property Management team. We are now hiring a full-time maintenance supervisor in Pewaukee, WI to direct and coordinate the maintenance of our rental properties.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Maintenance Technicians to ensure efficient, quality repairs to meet owner satisfaction.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments, including acting as a technical resource by addressing questions or problems.
  • Perform interior installations, repairs, or replacements related to plumbing pipes and fixtures, carpentry, appliances, electrical wiring, fixtures, etc.
  • Maintain heating (electrical, boiler, and forced air), air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
  • Perform exterior installations, repairs, or replacements related to soffits, siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and screens, decks, etc.
  • Assist the Regional Maintenance Manager in maintaining landscape and snow removal schedules and verify that work is completed correctly and on time.
  • Complete turnovers and assist with pre move-out and final move-outs for all units.
  • Prepare accurate paperwork, records, and documents.
  • At times, may shovel snow, salt walks, parking lots and drives, rake leaves, perform other lawn care and maintenance, and clean gutters; Test building fire alarms and emergency lights; Pick up debris on premises; and Change building entry and /or exterior light bulbs.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Trade certifications
  • (5+) Years of related property maintenance and supervisory experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team setting.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
