We build great homes. But many people don’t know that we also build great condos! Here’s some information on what sets Bielinski condos apart from the rest.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
Bielinski condos are constructed using the same best construction practices as our new homes.
8’ x 8” poured concrete foundation with vertical and horizontal rebar. Closed-cell, spray foam insulation at the box sills. A floor system with engineered I-joists spaced at 16” on center with OSB sheathing that’s both glued and screwed to eliminate squeaks. And, of course, the best wall system in the industry:
2×6 exterior walls with studs spaced at 16” on center along with applied OSB and Tyvek home wrap plus high-density, R-21 batt insulation.
By using the same building techniques, we make sure our condos are constructed to the same high quality as our homes.
IS A CONDO FOR ME?
A condo is a perfect solution for anyone who wants less maintenance in their lives. Condominium neighborhoods are governed by a Condominium Owners Association (COA). COAs hire outside vendors to care of snow removal, lawn maintenance, and landscaping. Sounds nice, right?
Most of our condos are ranch, duplex, and open-concept. They generally have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and a full basement. We also offer units with lookout and walkout features as well as sunrooms. Some Bielinski units also feature universal design features like no-step entries, wide doorways and hallways, wheelchair radius in the master bath, low threshold showers, comfort-height toilers with elongated bowls, and levered passage door handles. So there isn’t just one type of person that a condo is right for. You’ll have to come and visit one of our condos to find out for yourself!
NEW PROJECTS
There are a number of Bielinski condominium projects with units available for immediate occupancy in Eagle, Oconomowoc, and Waukesha. We’re also planning on starting construction on new units in Watertown as well as new projects in Jackson, Mukwonago, and Waukesha.
