Every home building process is unique. It’s not an assembly line. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of moving parts that keep the building schedule in constant flux. And while no builder can tell you exactly how the process will play out, at Bielinski Homes, we keep you up to date with constant, transparent communication from groundbreaking to closing and beyond.
Constant Contact
The greatest asset for information is your home Construction Manager. The Construction Manager is the lead on-site and knows everything about your new home and what it takes to build it. If you have a question, your Construction Manager will have the answer and will get back to your phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
But, as a customer, the burden of communication isn’t on you. Whether you reach out or not, your home Construction Manager will send you weekly emails explaining exactly what our crew accomplished the previous week and what you can expect us to accomplish in the week to come.
While closing might be the end of the building process, we’re not going anywhere. At Bielinski Homes, we staff an entire Customer Care department to help you as you settle into your new home. A new home can come with questions. So whether you’re curious about our warranties or just need help with something you don’t understand, our team is here to help.
