In 2020, we celebrated our 60th year in business, and as the year comes to an end we’re all feeling a little nostalgic for everything that got us to where we are, we’re optimistic about what’s to come. Let’s take a look at the past 60 years of Bielinski Homes.
ADAPTING ALONG THE WAY
A lot has happened in 60 years, national recessions, economic booms, civil unrest, and banding together for a common cause. New technologies emerged almost every day. Family dynamics shifted. All of this has affected the housing needs of Wisconsinites. The only way we’ve made it through the past 60 years is by adapting our business and our homes to fit the times. And that’s what we’re going to continue to do: provide people with homes, apartments, and condos that fit their needs and adapt as the world evolves.
A STEADY PHILOSOPHY
In 60 years, our philosophy has never wavered. We’ve always accepted that change is just a part of life. Since day one, change has always been welcomed in our organization. It’s what makes us better one day to the next. We also have always accepted that we’re not perfect. We’ve made mistakes along the way. But we fix them, learn from them, and learn how to never make those same mistakes again. We know we’ll never be perfect, but we can try our hardest to be every single day.
A YEAR TO REMEMBER
2020 was a challenging year for us all. As a business, we could have chosen to stick to the same old same old, or we could have pivoted and had a “make it work” moment. Well, we were up for the challenge. We came out of this year as strong as ever by continuing to adapt our business. We implemented more virtual access for potential home buyers with our Digital Design Studio, Room Visualizer, and virtual tours. Our Digital Design Studio allows you to view all of the different product selections online. The Room Visualizer tool helps you preview many of those design details you usually could only see in the Bielinski Design Studio. We’ve reinvented our floor plans that are made for a world where we’re all spending a lot more time at home.
60 YEARS FROM NOW
It’s hard to predict the future, but we can predict that Bielinski Homes will continue to adapt to it. That’s why in 60 years I’d like to see Bielinski Homes evolving new homes that are almost unimaginable today. I would also like to see our company policies continue to evolve to create a better customer experience while still allowing employees to experience a happier work/life balance.
As we look back at our history, what really stands out is all the support that our families, friends, and communities have shown us for the past 60 years. We wouldn’t be here today without you. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.We’re looking forward to 60 more.
