Times change. As a homebuilder, it’s our job to change with them. Since 1960 we’ve been evolving Bielinski to better serve Wisconsin families and it’s no different in 2020. These are some of the ways we are adapting our business for both our employees and customers.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology influences every single part of our lives, including homebuilding. In the last few years, we’ve begun to embrace technology to make the entire process of building a home easier for you. We’ve installed a new online scheduling system for our construction team, an electronic signature system for sales, preconstruction, and customers, the Digital Design Studio that you can use from the comfort of your own home, and consistent updates to our website providing more information on our plans—how they’re built and how selections will appear in a room. We’re also embracing new technology in our homes by including smart home tech. Since January 1st, all new Bielinski homes include a smart thermostat. We’re also evaluating the inclusion of a video doorbell system and offering smart light switches as an option. 

CULTURE

Since I became CEO two years ago, I’ve made it my mission to create a friendlier Bielinski. This new Bielinski culture will benefit our community, our customers, and our employees. We’ve started the Build It Forward program to work with local nonprofits and charities to give back to the community that has helped us thrive. We also have given our employees a more enjoyable work atmosphere with a relaxed dress code, flexible work hours, and more time off for holidays. Keeping our employees happy has a direct positive effect on our customers.
