New Home Consultant - Racine County

General Summary:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the New Home Consultant / Real Estate Salesperson interacts with current and prospective customers to sell Bielinski Homes’ products while achieving and/or exceeding minimum expectations for monthly sales. Completes all paperwork as expected and positively participates as part of Bielinski Home’s team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead follow-up daily.
  • Understand the status of all current leads and the needed next steps.
  • Communicate those next steps to potential customers by scheduling appointments using our sales framework to assist them.
  • Use a consultative sales approach.
  • Network with co-brokers to demonstrate our models and articulate our offerings and available inventory.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings and all other mandatory company meetings.
  • Perform competitive shopping; be knowledgeable about the company’s competition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate completion of clear and concise documentation.
  • Organization and time management skills.

Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:

  • Have strong emotional intelligence skills, notices non-verbal cues, and adjusts accordingly.
  • Can gain trust & respect in a short amount of time to become their trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership and personal responsibility for the journey of each of our customers.
  • Ability to qualify a buyer to ensure the buyer is ready, willing, and able.
  • Ability to obtain mini-closes and ultimately ask for the sale.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, peers, customers, and vendors.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft computer applications, MLS, DocuSign, CRM, cell phone, and numerous other apps is needed.
  • A New Home Consultant is a glass-half-full type who exhibits enthusiasm and can positively affect others with their energy.
  • Work non-traditional work hours in our model Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-5 with days off during the regular work week.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old; High school education or equivalent.
  • Three to five years’ sales experience, preferably in new home or existing real estate sales.
  • Holds Wisconsin Real Estate License and participates in Continuing Education to maintain license.
  • Requires the use of a personal mobile phone.
