In 1960, brothers Harry and Frank Bielinski started a carpenter contractor business. Now, more than 60 years later, the Bielinski family is still building new homes in Southeastern Wisconsin. Over that time we have grown into one of the largest builders in the area, offering new homes, RediHomes(R), and condos. And even though a lot has changed since Frank and Harry started building garages, Bielinski Homes has remained a family operation through and through. Today, Frank’s son, Paul Bielinski, has taken over as CEO to keep Bielinski Homes moving forward. Paul is committed to the values instilled in the family business that will see Bielinski Homes building quality homes for years to come.

1960

Brothers, Harry Bielinski and Frank Bielinski, become carpenter contractors and begin their career by constructing detached garages.

1962

The Bielinski brothers begin constructing single-family homes and hire their first carpenter crews.

1965

The Bielinski brothers move into their first office which is a one room office that cost $45/month and includes heat, electric and cleaning. They officially form Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. and also construct their first set of duplex apartments.

1968

The Bielinski brothers form long-time relationships with sub-contractor craftsmen that are still in existence today. These include:

1970

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. becomes the largest homebuilder in the state of Wisconsin building more than 100 homes.

1975

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. start creating its own land developments.

1976

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. constructs its first multi-family apartment building.

1985

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. moves to a new, larger office that includes more office space, a warehouse and first design center.

2000

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. has a record year building more than 500 homes.

2001

Frank Bielinski’s son Paul Bielinski joins the business after spending eight years on the east coast developing his own career in a related area. Paul assists in leading the charge with the next generation of Bielinski family members.

2002

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. moves to a new 33,000 square foot facility with two-thirds of the space dedicated to offices and Design Studio and the other one-third dedicated to warehouse space.

2003

Bielinski Bros. Builders, Inc. becomes Bielinski Homes, Inc..

2006

Bielinski Homes, Inc. reaches a milestone having constructed 10,000 homes.

2008

Bielinski Homes, Inc. adopts green building and energy efficient practices.

2010

Bielinski Homes, Inc. celebrates its 50th year in business and wins the Grand Award for Overall Appearance and the Grand Award for Interior Design at the MBA Parade of Homes with The Preston, Plan 2559.

2011

Bielinski Homes, Inc. moves its office with Design Studio to their current location in Pewaukee, WI

2015

Bielinski Homes, Inc. adds to their legacy of awards spanning 55 years by sweeping the MBA Parade of Homes, People’s Choice Awards with The Clemont, Plan 2043 winning Best Overall Design, Best Room (Lower Level Bar), Best Interior Design and Best Landscape Design.

2018

Paul Bielinski named Chief Executive Officer and implements the Friendlier Bielinski initiative.

2019

The Bielinski Homes corporate social responsibility initiative Build It Forward was founded to help battle poverty and homelessness in Southeastern Wisconsin.

2019

Harry Bielinski retires. Paul Bielinski invests in ownership and named Chief Executive Officer & Vice President.

2020

Co-founder, Harry Bielinski, passed away surrounded by his loving family. Over a lifetime, Harry and his brother, Frank, built an incredible partnership and thousands of homes.
