DESIGN STUDIO UPGRADES

Complimentary design studio upgrades when you agree to build by March 31, 2025.

Promotional Items and Eligibility:

Design Studio Upgrades
- 2% of the base price of the home (new home base price * 2%).
- The home’s base price does not include upgrades, lot price, and lot improvement or allowances.
- Complimentary upgrades are provided in the form of a credit at the time of home closing on the home closing statements

Rules and Regulations:

Customers must sign a new build contract between March 1 and March 31, 2025. Promotion applies to Building Construction Contracts (BCC) only. RediHomes®, model homes, condominiums, and vacant land offers are excluded from this offer. Base price must be kept current for promo to apply. No further discounts or free inclusions will be offered. No additional offers or promotions can be combined with this offer, except the current lot discount (if applicable) unless otherwise noted.
